About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You will provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to ensure all pupils are able to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
