We're recruiting Residential Support Workers to provide care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
You'll act as a link worker, supporting young people's physical, emotional, educational, and social needs. Duties include delivering day-to-day care, administering medication, contributing to care plans, attending planning meetings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safeguarding standards are upheld.
What we're looking for:
* Relevant Level 3 qualification (or commitment to complete within 12 months).
* Short break experience (essential).
* Experience working in a residential environment with children/young people with complex needs.
* Knowledge of safeguarding, OFSTED requirements, and relevant legislation.
* Ability to work in a multi-agency environment and produce clear, accurate reports.
* Understanding of the developmental and emotional needs of young people
Expected Hours: Full time (37 hours per week)
Contract: 3-6 months (Expectation of ongoing extension)
Rate of pay: £18.70
