Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Swindon/Hybrid
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Sunday 29 June 2025
Interview Date: The first round is online on 8 July 2025, and the second round is in person at the Swindon office on 16 July 2025.
The Role
As part of the Technology team, this role involves providing systems support across various systems. You will handle Technology Support Desk duties, respond to staff calls, record and resolve issues, and escalate tasks when necessary. Maintaining hardware and software, and providing technical guidance to support staff are key responsibilities.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in:
* IT helpdesk environment
* PowerShell, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online
* Migrating businesses to Microsoft Office 365
* Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 services like Teams, SharePoint, Defender
* Device lifecycle management with Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune
* Packaging software/apps in Microsoft Intune
* Deploying devices with Windows Autopilot
* Remediation scripts from cloud tools
* Hardware troubleshooting
* Peripheral device support
* Acting as a senior support team member and escalation point
* Working within project teams
