We are seeking a consultative and strategic Service Design Architect to support enterprise-wide HR IT transformation initiatives. This role will lead the design and implementation of scalable, employee-centric services that align with digital HR system capabilities.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Legal, and Data teams to ensure services are compliant, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals
Key responsibilities include:
Design and architect end-to-end HR services that support strategic transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Lead service blueprinting and process design for key HR functions such as compensation, talent management, and organisational design.
Translate regulatory and policy requirements into scalable, compliant service models.
Collaborate with People Analytics to define and monitor key HR metrics and reporting frameworks.
Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure services meet regulatory standards and are audit-ready.
Facilitate employee journey mapping to identify service improvement opportunities and enhance user experience.
Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms that enable transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Lead workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders to align service design with business and employee needs.
What we are looking for :
Proven experience in service design, HR transformation, or employee experience architecture .
Expertise in Workday is essential, particularly in advanced comp, core HCM and reporting modules.
Proven expertise in understanding employment legislation and its application
Strong knowledge of HR systems, compensation frameworks, and job evaluation methodologies.
Experience with design thinking, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
Ability to translate complex legal and policy requirements into intuitive service experiences.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors is a plus.
Degree in Human Resources, Service Design, Business, or related field.
Certifications in Service Design, Agile HR, or Compensation & Benefits.
Experience working in large, matrixed organisations or regulated industri es.
