Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer passionate about creative brilliance, with expertise across all design facets. You will craft compelling visual solutions, leveraging your craftsmanship and strategic insight.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the design process for visual communication materials, including digital and print media.
2. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions.
3. Ensure quality and brand consistency in all deliverables.
4. Manage multiple projects efficiently within deadlines.
5. Stay updated on design trends and technologies.
6. Mentor junior designers and contribute to reviews and presentations.
Skills and Qualifications
* Creative visionary with a talent for innovative concepts and striking designs.
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
* Experience mentoring emerging designers.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 8 years of experience in graphic design.
* Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in art direction, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Strong understanding of design principles.
* Effective communication and organizational skills.
