Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role
As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You will support coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.
Requirements
* Passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training, development, and maintaining high standards.
* Experienced in running and planning shifts, ensuring proper coverage, and coaching on the go.
* Skilled in managing labour and rotas, with an understanding of financial performance.
* Enjoy celebrating success, recognizing individual drives and needs.
