Sales Manager - Full-time, office-based - Sutton Coldfield

Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate a team of 6 sales professionals.
* Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
* Deliver regular coaching, mentoring, and performance support.
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including call handling, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.
* Maintain high service quality and compliance with FCA regulations.
* Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
* Address challenges within the team promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong track record in team leadership and sales management.
* Background in FCA-regulated industries (preferred).
* Excellent coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and telephony technologies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve performance.
* High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
