Key Responsibilities Monitoring employee attendance and holiday records Managing and responding to emails in a professional manner Preparing and issuing customer quotations Updating planning schedules and work allocations Processing credits and purchase invoices Raising and allocating jobs for drivers Providing general administrative support to the wider team Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date What We're Looking For Previous administration experience preferred Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good attention to detail and accuracy Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems Ability to prioritise workload and work independently Professional and proactive approach to work What's On Offer?
