This is a unique opportunity for an inspiring Head of Creative to take ownership of a brand’s entire creative output – from visual identity to narrative voice – in a role that blends healthcare purpose with commercial impact. As the Head of Creative, you will lead and evolve the in-house creative function across design, AV, and video production teams. Working closely with marketing, growth, and product teams, you’ll help redefine how the brand connects with customers, professionals, and communities. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is as comfortable leading a team as they are rolling up their sleeves to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Leadership : Define and implement a compelling creative vision that aligns with the company’s mission and long-term objectives. Brand Development : Drive brand re-positioning and campaign ideation using data and insight, ensuring a consistent, compelling brand identity across all channels. Team Management : Lead and inspire a growing team including two direct reports – the Design Manager and Head of Multimedia – while remaining hands-on with broader team initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to integrate creative strategies into broader business goals. Innovation & Execution : Stay on top of trends in design, technology, and user experience to ensure creative output remains fresh, effective, and industry-leading. Stakeholder Engagement : Present creative concepts to senior leadership, articulating strategy, execution, and expected impact. Ideal Candidate Profile A conceptual thinker with a strong executional focus and a passion for storytelling through visual and multimedia formats. Proven experience leading creative teams in a retail, healthcare, or lifestyle brand, ideally with exposure to data-led marketing environments. Demonstrated ability to merge creativity with commercial insight, producing work that not only looks good but drives performance. Deep understanding of branding within a medical-retail hybrid context – experience within optics or similar sectors is highly desirable.
