Are you a passionate and engaging ESOL teacher looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a motivated ESOL Teacher to join our friendly and supportive college in Leeds
You will deliver high-quality English language lessons to learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop confidence and practical communication skills.

About the Role
* Teach ESOL classes with sizes ranging from 5 to 15 learners
* Secondary School age - KS3/4
* Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
* Support learners with varying English proficiency levels
* Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback
* Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment

What We’re Looking For
* TEFL or CELTA qualification (essential)
* Experience teaching ESOL / EFL learners (preferred)
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Passion for supporting learners from diverse backgrounds
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
