Restaurant Supervisor
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Salary: £33,199.20 per annum
We are supporting a market-leading contract caterer in the search for an experienced and confident Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the in-house Client Restaurant at one of their flagship contracts—home to a international finance organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to oversee a prestigious client-only dining space, regularly used for high-profile events, private dining, and corporate hospitality.
Key Responsibilities for the Restaurant Supervisor:
1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
2. Supervise and support front-of-house team members, leading by example with professionalism and attention to detail.
3. Manage reservations and coordinate with clients to deliver tailored hospitality services.
4. Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service during lunches, dinners, and special functions.
5. Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, and discretion at all times.
6. Assist with training, rota management, and performance support for team members.
7. Monitor stock levels, liaise with suppliers, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
8. Previous Restaurant Supervisor experience in a high-end restaurant, private members’ club, or 5* Hotel.
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a small team.
10. A passion for hospitality and delivering a personalised guest experience.
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
12. The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, particularly during corporate events and high-profile functions.
13. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and events as required.
