Technical Services Manager
Role Summary
The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for managing our clients technical operations, ensuring exceptional product support for both internal teams and external Dealer Partners. This includes troubleshooting, configuration, repairs, and technical training for a diverse range of professional wireless communications products, including push-to-talk radios and associated accessories. While product-specific training will be provided, candidates must bring a strong foundation in electronics and/or wireless communications and be capable of quickly developing expertise in niche product lines.
Key Objectives
* Provide high-quality technical support to internal teams and Dealer Partners.
* Lead fault diagnosis, repair, and configuration for customer equipment.
* Deliver training, webinars and technical resources to enhance dealer product knowledge.
* Support product launches and sales efforts with technical expertise.
