Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Support medication and meal preparation
* Help with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
* Provide companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
* Reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* No experience necessary—training provided. Many applicants come from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Pay and Hours
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile and travel time at £12.71 per hour.
Hours: 7am‑2pm and 4pm‑10pm.
Areas covered: Horncastle, Woodhall Spa and the surrounding areas.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.
