What you’ll do
Vodafone is embarking on an exciting new journey to offer exceptional value rewards to our customers through Vodafone’s Reward Platform, Vodafone Happy.
Vodafone Happy is a reward platform that serves as an ideal place for other Global Brands to reach Vodafone customers with special terms and offers, helping to grow their sales. At the same time, Vodafone customers gain access to a wide range of deals, offering excellent value for money and significant savings.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Reward s &Loyalty, the role successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and closing deals with Global Brands constantly refreshing the portfolio, launch them across VF markets, design and negotiate campaigns locally and monitor their performance, contribute to revenue increase through commissions and marketing fees as well as managing a facilitate the above.
1. Develop & manage the Global Rewards Partnerships Portfolio to balance global brand partnerships with local market relevance,
2. Define and periodically adjust the brand portfolio strategy to support the needs of Vodafone Markets and Partner Markets' rewards programs.
3. Explore and propose new opportunities and synergies that will add value to the Happy Rewards Platfrom.
4. Engage with Global Brands to negotiate offers for the Vodafone Happy users.
5. Lead the contract negotiating process, dealing with end customer benefits/discounts, commissions and other important items, and coordinate all stakeholders that participate on the signing process.
6. Develop a deep understanding of Global Brands’ businesses and their objectives to help them succeed
7. Develop a deep understanding of local market customer preferences to drive customer-relevant deals
8. Design, coordinate and roll out the global deals to local markets in line with their strategy and local insights.
9. Facilitate and support local market deals signing up and work with local teams on their strategy formulation & portfolio make-up composition
10. Track Brands’ performance and help achieve growth
11. Contribute to revenue increase through marketing fees charged to brands, mainly transaction commissions
Who you are
12. Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
13. Experienced in phone/email and social selling
14. Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
15. Deep understanding of online marketing and digital business models
16. Extensive experience in marketing, sales, affiliate marketing or related roles
17. Existing network of contacts will be an advantage
18. Educated at a university level
19. Further marketing and project management certifications and qualifications will be considered a plus
