To support with clerical and administrative duties in the day to day running of AMU, DVT and our Same Day Emergency Care Clinic. To be part of a hardworking and efficient multidisciplinary team, acting as an initial point of contact for patients, families and external teams visiting the ward. Assist in answering telephone calls, liaising with patients and their families, keeping diary’s up to date and maintaining up to date information on Trust systems and problem solving. Main duties of the job Welcome patients and visitors to the ward, answering appropriate questions and providing any relevant information in a sensitive manner, referring to qualified members of the team as necessary.
