The role This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll want to operate independently in your project role, taking ownership of contractual elements allocated to you. The successful candidate will work on a variety of construction projects, providing cost control advice to design teams and clients, assuring informed decisions can be supported by accurate data. Typical projects valuations are from £1M - £80M. This role is well suited to an individual who is excited by the prospect of growing this offering within the business. This position will allow and support the candidate to develop themselves, whilst developing cost consultancy services, with the prospect of shareholding opportunities to follow.
