Your role What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Insight Analyst in Swindon. In this role, you will develop scalable BI and analytics solutions, create insightful dashboards, and support data‑driven decision‑making across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. You will report directly to the Director, BI & Reporting, and regularly collaborate with cross‑functional teams. What you'll be doing Role Responsibilities Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into user stories and technical specifications. Designing and developing dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI. Connecting to and integrating data from relational databases and cloud platforms. Writing SQL queries and developing database objects, including stored procedures, views, functions, and tables. Working with clean, structured data to produce actionable insights for Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Developing efficient methods for gathering, organizing, and delivering data aligned with business needs. Partnering with management and stakeholders to prioritize information and reporting requirements. Identifying process improvement opportunities and collaborating with development teams to enhance data collection and management frameworks. Performing data cleaning, transformation, storage, and analysis using diverse data sources. Supporting various data and reporting projects as required. Qualifications & Skills Must‑Haves Strong hands‑on experience with: MS SQL Server AWS Redshift Tableau (or Power BI) Advanced SQL development experience, including complex query and database object creation. Experience designing and developing data models and reporting solutions. Strong data visualization skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively. Experience gathering and refining business requirements directly with stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within the AWS ecosystem (AWS Glue is desirable). Experience supporting teams across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
