Essential Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
* Organize, specify, and model business requirements, ensuring completeness and clarity, aligned with statutory, regulatory, and quality standards.
* Use modeling, requirements gathering, and process mapping to support business change and initiatives.
* Analyze processes to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement; present proposals to stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications.
* Communicate effectively to understand and align with business needs.
* Evaluate risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
* Identify processes and IT solutions needed for recommendations.
