Key Responsibilities
1. Client Portfolio Management
2. Manage a portfolio of owner-managed and corporate clients
3. Review statutory accounts (UK GAAP / FRS 102)
4. Review management accounts, tax computations and VAT returns
5. Provide commercial financial advice
6. Ensure regulatory compliance
7. Team Leadership
8. Lead and develop Managers and senior staff
9. Oversee workflow planning and deadlines
10. Support recruitment and succession planning
11. Business Development
12. Maintain and grow client relationships
13. Identify cross-selling opportunities
14. Support new business development
15. Improve systems and processes
Requirements
16. ACA / ACCA qualified
17. Extensive practice experience
18. Proven portfolio management
19. Strong UK accounting standards knowledge
20. Commercial awareness
21. Leadership and mentoring experience
