Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Councils are seeking expressions of interest for secondment opportunities to support the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) Programme. Successful candidates will be employed by Nottinghamshire County Council as the host employer, for the duration of the secondment while working within a collaborative programme environment across partner organisations.

Role Responsibilities

In this exciting position, you will:

  • Design strategic enterprise architectures to support Local Government Reorganisation.
  • Govern the target operating model, integrating systems and processes into a unified enterprise.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
  • Deliver high‑quality reports and programme deliverables.
  • Support the Digital, Data and Technology (DDAT) programme with your specialist expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture and local government operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing technical solutions.
