The role: You will focus on strategic workforce planning and analytics, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to build a future-ready workforce. The main responsibilities: Design and implement workforce planning frameworks aligned to business strategy. Analyse workforce data, trends, and capability gaps to generate actionable insights. Facilitate scenario planning and executive workshops to gain senior buy-in. Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting to monitor progress and impact. Partner with HR and business leaders to embed sustainable workforce planning practices. The ideal candidate: Proven experience in workforce planning and organisational design. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
