Interim Legal Operations / Contract Project Coordinator
3-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote (UK)
Kingsley Green is supporting a confidential client on a significant corporate restructuring and contract remediation project and is seeking an organised, commercially minded Legal Operations / Contract Project Coordinator to join the workstream on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in legal operations, contract management, paralegal support, legal project management or commercial contract administration who enjoys working on high-volume contract review and process-driven projects.
The Project
Our client is undertaking a business separation and restructuring exercise involving the transfer of operations into separate legal entities. A key part of the project involves reviewing approximately 600 customer and supplier contracts to identify change of control provisions and supporting the associated consent, assignment and novation processes where required. Working alongside legal counsel and commercial stakeholders, you will help drive the operational delivery of the project from contract review through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and categorise customer and supplier contracts by reference to change of control provisions
* Maintain contract trackers, workflow tools and status reporting
* Support consent, assignment and novation processes
* Coordinate activities across legal, commercial and operational teams
* Manage contract data, records and project documentation
* Assist with customer and stakeholder communications
* Monitor project progress and help drive delivery against agreed timelines
* Escalate complex legal issues to legal counsel where appropriate
* Support process improvement and legal operations workflow management
About You

You will ideally have:
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills

* The ability to work independently and proactively
* A commercially pragmatic approach to problem solving
Legal qualifications are welcomed but are not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong operational mindset who are comfortable working alongside lawyers and managing the practical execution of contract-related projects.

* Day rate dependent on experience
