Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time role offers a salary of £29,033 along with many compelling benefits.
About Your Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and aim to meet sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category. Your customers will vary by location but typically include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes. Your focus will be on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

* No experience? No problem! We provide full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed. We're looking for someone who works well with others, loves staying active, and thrives in a hands-on role.
* You need a full, clean UK driving license, eligibility to work in the UK, and live within a 60-minute commute of the role location.
* Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers, and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
* Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale, and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
* Strong ability to manage your workload independently while meeting key targets.
* Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
* Excellent prioritization skills to ensure efficiency and effective management of multiple tasks.
