Remit are looking for an Apprentice Business Administrator.\n\nThe apprenticeship program allows you to work full time and can earn as you learn. Putting theory into practice within the Automotive Industry environment. \nBeing able to have a conversation with customers in a professional manner is important. You will shadow qualified members of staff so that you are able to learn first-hand how to undertake the role. You will also get the opportunity to assist in activities. Once you pass your assessments and progress through the apprenticeship, you will be able to start completing tasks on your own.\n â¢\tAbility to work well under pressure.\nâ¢\tGood communication skills\nâ¢\tUnderstanding of why customer service is important.\nâ¢\tAble to work well within a team and manage your workload and responsibilities.\nâ¢\tOffice systems, administration skills, and using bespoke computerized systems. \nâ¢\tThe ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers can understand.\nâ¢\tThe ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word, as well as email packages\n You must have grades at National 4 or above in English and Maths. Business Management / Computing Science / Admin is also preferred, but not essential.\nSkills and expertise\n\n⢠Ability to work on your own as well as being part of a team\n⢠Excellent administration skills,\n⢠High level of attention to detail,\n⢠Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines,\n⢠Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Training will be provided on all other applications used.\n⢠Phone Answering and call transfer\n⢠Present a professional image and demonstrate excellent customer service skills,\n⢠Knowledge and understanding of company processes,\n⢠Comply with all in-house policies and procedures.\nYou will be working towards a Modern Apprenticeship SVQ Level 5 Business Administration. Training will be based within the employerâs premises on a one-to-one basis with your workplace supervisor and a dedicated assessor.\n
