Seeking multiple Mobile Electrical Engineers to join a nationwide facilities maintenance operation.
The successful candidates will work across multiple sites throughout England, supporting the delivery of electrical maintenance services in regulated and critical environments. This is a mobile role requiring travel and flexibility, offering exposure to a variety of systems and settings.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Duties
* Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and associated plant.
* Troubleshoot, isolate, and repair electrical faults safely and efficiently.
* Conduct installation, inspection, and testing of electrical systems in line with regulations.
* Support delivery of minor works and small-scale project activities.
* Assist with preparation of estimates and quotations for additional works.
* Participate in an on-call rota as required; may include Authorised Person duties (e.g., LV, Confined Spaces).
* Accurately complete and manage work orders using internal systems.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and quality management systems.
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Maintain full compliance with health and safety policies and site-specific procedures.
* Report incidents and near misses through internal reporting platforms, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
* Review and follow site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
* Comply with asbestos and confined space protocols and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
* City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382)
* Strong working knowledge of low voltage (LV) systems and electrical maintenance
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Ability to travel regularly and work independently across various sites
