We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in Longfield, United Kingdom at the Iconic Brands Hatch Race Circuit. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food quality and presentation while contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations.
Lead and supervise a section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow
Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to menu specifications and customer orders
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and development
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Manage inventory levels and assist in placing orders for supplies and ingredients
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Assist in controlling food costs and minimizing waste
Ensure timely and efficient food preparation during service hours
Previous culinary experience, including prior work as a Chef de Partie
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and presentation skills
Proven commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation
Proficiency in food cost control and inventory management
