What you'll be doing:
Monitor energy consumption across operational buildings and deliver monthly/annual M&V reports
Identify and develop cost-effective Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) with business cases
Lead Energy Performance Contract delivery, ensuring savings meet contractual commitments
Present energy performance and savings projects at monthly client contract meetings
Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, and internal operational teams
What we're looking for:
Ability to pass DBS check
A qualified degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering or adequate demonstration of competencies
Strong understanding of energy systems (HVAC, CHP, BMS, controls) and Energy Management principles
Experience with Measurement & Verification and energy efficiency project delivery
Proficient in data analysis using MS/Google spreadsheets with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholdersWhat's next?
