Position Overview
As a part of Ralph Lauren’s Next Generation Transformation (NGT), the core operating systems of the company (SAP, Island Pacific and Microsoft D365) will be replaced with a common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution enabling the Ralph Lauren team to continue delivering competitive advantages in our next great chapter and beyond. The ERP+ program has been initiated and is starting to create the transformation plan, defining how the company will operate going forward and how the implementation of the new systems will lead to a common way of working globally across the company. This new way of working impacts all areas of business, including Planning, Sourcing and Buying, Retail and Wholesale, Logistics and Distribution and Finance across all regions.
Reporting directly to the Senior Wholesale OTC Manager, EMEA, the Wholesale OTC Manager (EMEA) will play a critical role in supporting the regional execution of wholesale order-to-cash initiatives. This role will provide in-depth analytical insights and operational support, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (including Finance, Logistics, IT, and other partners) to ensure that regional processes align with the global transformation strategy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Process & Functional Support:
1. Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and assist in making design decisions for SAP functionality, leveraging out-of-the-box solutions aligned with the global Wholesale OTC design.
2. Support the identification and closure of regional process gaps, ensuring opportunities are identified to create a common way of working globally (with regional deviations for legal, regulatory, tax, language, and currency as necessary).
Testing, Deployment, & Training:
3. Assist in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), planning deployments, and managing related communications or training activities.
4. Contribute to the development of training materials and support the onboarding of new processes and systems.
Cross-Regional Collaboration:
5. Act as a liaison between North America, EMEA, and APAC teams to support the development of common processes and integrated testing efforts across SAP and Edge systems.
6. Provide regional support for SAP functionality, assisting Wholesale Services, Retail, Finance, and other system partners with SAP-integrated or cross-functional processes.
Integration & Reporting:
7. Work with IT and business partners to help define requirements for integrated Edge systems (e.g., Salesforce/B2B, NuOrder) that work closely with SAP.
8. Support the analysis of platform-to-platform integrations to assist with the migration of key processes such as outbound customer master, pricing, material master, and inbound order integration flows.
9. Help identify and develop operational reporting to support ongoing business needs.
Third-Party & Inter-Departmental Coordination:
10. Assist in assessing the impact on third parties (e.g., RL B2B customers) and contribute input to the deployment plan to ensure a successful system launch in Wholesale areas.
11. Work with logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless integration B2B requirements in downstream shipping and invoicing processes as well as returns management.
12. Support the development of processes related to pricing, supply protection and market alignment.
The role will involve travel and will require working with business stakeholders and colleagues of other workstreams across the globe. This is a truly global program, so collaborating in the Ralph Lauren way is required.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
13. Relevant experience in a role supporting wholesale order-to-cash processes or ERP implementations.
14. A strong understanding of the wholesale business operational processes within an international fashion apparel (ideally RL) or vertically integrated retail environment is highly desirable.
15. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.
16. Excellent written and oral communication skills, adept at working across functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
17. Familiarity with ERP systems (especially SAP) and integrated platforms such as Salesforce/B2B and NuOrder.
18. Knowledge of EDI Wholesale processes and configurations highly desirable.
19. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.

21. Confidence in engaging with cross-functional teams while supporting a common global process framework.
