Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity within our Marketing Department for an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Marketing and Communications. This is a full-time position (35 hours per week).
The Head of Marketing and Communications will oversee the brand, communications, and marketing efforts of Wellington College, enhancing its reputation as a prestigious and innovative school globally. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, brand management, admissions marketing, stakeholder engagement, PR, media relations, and internal communications to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Key Responsibilities
* Branding, Marketing, and Communications: Develop and implement a 5-year marketing and communications strategy that highlights the College’s innovative educational offerings for its 1,150 students.
* Marketing Campaigns and External Engagement: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to position Wellington College as the leading co-educational boarding and day school in the UK.
* Internal and Parent Communications: Ensure effective internal messaging and engagement with parents.
* Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve strategic goals.
Candidate Requirements
* Significant senior marketing and communications experience in a large, complex organization.
* Proven success in delivering national or global brand strategies.
* Vocational qualification in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field (preferred).
* Degree-level education.
