Quantity Surveyor (MEP) - Major Industrial Project

Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in the commercial management of MEP packages, supporting delivery across a large, complex construction environment.
* Managing commercial aspects of MEP subcontract packages from procurement through to final account
* Tendering, subcontract administration, valuations, variations and cost reporting
* Supporting profit, cashflow and risk management objectives
* Cost checking and analysis of labour, plant and materials
* Working closely with project delivery teams in a construction management environment
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness
* Solid background managing MEP packages on major projects
* Experience across pre‑and post‑contract stages
* Exposure to large‑scale or complex construction projects
* Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
* Confident communicator with a proactive, detail‑focused approach
