We’re on the lookout for a driven and inspiring Group Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of school sites in the Hereford area. What you’ll do:
* Lead and support multiple catering teams across a group of school sites.
* Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and compliance (health, safety, food safety, allergen legislation).
* Build and maintain trusted client relationships at every site.
* Drive financial performance — managing budgets, labour, and stock.
* Support site managers with recruitment, training, performance, and development.
* Deliver consistently strong Safeguard audit results and uphold Sodexo’s compliance standards.
* Identify growth opportunities and promote Sodexo initiatives to increase uptake.
* Provide cover where required and support new contract mobilisations.
