We're looking for organised, confident, and compassionate individuals to join a small, dedicated team supporting two young men living in their own homes in the Plymouth area.
About the Role
You'll be providing active support with daily living tasks, including:
* Cooking, cleaning, and personal care
* Administering medication and promoting good health
* Supporting with activities of interest and community engagement
* Offering mentorship, encouragement, and motivation
You'll also play a key role in building positive relationships with families and friends, so professionalism and approachability are essential.
What We're Looking For
* A full UK driving licence (you'll be supporting individuals in their own vehicles)
* Experience supporting people with autism and learning disabilities, knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support and understanding of Person-Centred Practice is desirable, however, we offer a full training and induction programme and a supportive working environment, so you don't necessarily need any previous experience.
