Structured Finance Associate (4-6 PQE): We are working with an elite US law firm on a senior-level position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team in the London office. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most sophisticated practices in the market, consistently recognised for advising on some of the largest and most complex structured finance transactions globally. The team acts for an impressive client base including leading investment banks, alternative asset managers, private equity sponsors, and corporates. Their work spans CLOs, securitisations, structured products, receivables financings, and bespoke structured lending transactions. Many of these mandates involve significant cross-border elements and cutting-edge financing structures. This position is ideally suited to a senior associate with substantial experience in Structured Finance, Capital Markets, or Banking & Finance who is looking to take on a leadership role. You will be expected to manage transactions, supervise junior lawyers, maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives within the practice.
