Business Operations Administrator

Are you an organized and confident individual with administrative experience looking for your next challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our operations team within one of Marston Holdings entities, Scott & Co. Scott & Co is a leading provider of debt recovery enforcement and citation services. We are part of Marston Holdings Ltd, the UK’s largest judicial services group providing integrated court order compliance.

Role Overview:

The Business Operations Administrator will handle communications via email and telephone with the business and our clients/customers, as well as create, check, and file documents to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurate cash handling and banking processing.
2. Monitor the quality of output according to specified requirements and deadlines.
3. Ensure correspondences are issued correctly.
4. Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and email proficiently.
5. Maintain excellent attention to detail and develop knowledge of relevant regulations such as GDPR and industry changes.
