HOURS OF WORK:
Zero Hours Contract - Hours to be arranged
WAREHOUSE OPERATOR – RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To ensure the logistics of all outbound freight from Copely Developments Limited is picked and loaded in line with the warehouse management system on time and in full. Any anomalies to be communicated through your line manager.
* To provide excellent customer service at all times both internally and externally.
* To help resolve customer complaints and necessary resolutions via the 8D/DMR processes.
* To ensure that the KPI's as set out in the Company's KPI system are consistently met.
* To ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained in line with business expectations.
* To cover material handling duties as and when required.
* Movement of all inventory on time in full inclusive of picking, loading or general movement of stock between locations.
* Consolidation of stock to free up locations and minimise movements.
* All stock is stored correctly safely in line with Company policies.
