Your Mission
* Lead and inspire a passionate team of Support Workers, helping them thrive personally and professionally
* Oversee the day-to-day running of a supported living service with amazing residents
* Ensure services meet and exceed CQC and safeguarding standards
* Drive continuous improvements and introduce fresh ideas to enhance quality and independence
* Build strong, meaningful relationships with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders
Who You’ll Support
* Adults with autism and learning disabilities
* Individuals with acquired brain injuries
* Those with behaviours that challenge or sensory/visual impairments

About You
* Has solid experience managing adult social care or supported living services
* Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 desirable)
* Leads with empathy, confidence, and resilience
* Can manage resources, budgets, and teams effectively
* Thrives in a hands‑on, dynamic environment
* Holds a valid UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
