Job Specification: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in property law.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize a workload effectively.
* Comfortable and skilled in developing relationships.
* A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a growing and friendly environment
