1st Select is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor to carry out detailed inspections of properties in Wigan. This role involves conducting both internal and external assessments for a leading consultancy within the Surveying industry.
The position offers a 3-month contract with the potential for further work, allowing successful candidates to gain valuable experience and work outside of IR35.
The right candidate should have Stock Condition Surveying experience and be available 5 days a week.
