The Role
* Develop and enhance features for our next-generation real-time media transport, processing, and monitoring software.
* Maintain and improve existing internal and production software products.
* Collaborate within a highly agile environment, participating in daily prioritization and organization.
* Review code contributions from team members, provide feedback, and share knowledge.
* Work with technical colleagues at major broadcasters on business-critical live broadcasts.
* Experience with a modern front-end framework, ideally React.js.
* Proficiency with source control and collaboration using Git.
* Working knowledge of Linux.
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK. The role can be based in Bracknell or Leeds, or hybrid.
Desirable Skills (not essential)
* Experience in UX design.
* Rust programming language.
* Interest in real-time media transport.
* Knowledge of networking protocols such as UDP, RTP, Multicast, and Unicast.
* Experience with AngularJS.
* Adaptability to new techniques and languages.
