Triage Advisor – Customer Delivery / Install Planning
Location: Tadcaster
Salary: £13.34 Per Hour
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Triage Advisor to join a busy Customer Delivery team. This role is focused on ensuring installation and reactive work is accurately assessed and fully prepared before entering the planning stage. You will act as a key link between customers, planners and field teams, helping to reduce delays and improve right-first-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reviewing incoming installation and reactive job requests
2. Ensuring all required information is complete and accurate before planning
3. Contacting customers to confirm readiness, access, stock and missing details
4. Identifying issues with job scope or resource requirements
5. Supporting planners by ensuring work is clear and ready to schedule
6. Working closely with internal teams to resolve any blockers
7. Escalating aged jobs, risks and recurring issues
8. Contributing to improved customer experience and operational efficiency

12. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
13. A proactive and problem-solving approach
14. High level of accuracy with systems and record keeping
15. Experience within customer service, planning, scheduling or operational support would be beneficial
