Salt has partnered with one of the UK’s leading Entertainment and gaming companies creating some of Europe’s most played retail and online games.
Having recently won one of the most sought after gaming licenses, they are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the vision and strategy around their draw based games portfolio whilst delivering more money to good causes across the UK.
As the Senior Product manager, you’ll own two of their most played and engaged products across the UK and Europe, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to ensure these products are continuing to wow their customers and create a safe space to play online and in stores. You’ll bring a highly data centric and analytical approach to understanding the space and opportunities, leveraging your experience in driving the success of consumer products whilst leading on some of their most exciting and impactful projects.
You will line manage another Product Manager, providing coaching and mentoring in order to ensure they are supporting your product vision as best as possible. Helping them to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Here are some key pieces of experience they are looking for:
1. Strong commercial experience owning successful product within gaming or FMCG industries.
2. Passion for interpreting and articulating numerical data, probability and analytics to drive decision making.
3. Exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling skills. This is integral with regards to driving the performance of the products.
4. Excellent commercial acumen with proven experience growing consumer products.
