Rate of Pay / Hours: OTE Up to £37,000 per Annum (Including TRONC) plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 40 Hours per Week

At Malmaison, forty percent of all revenue comes from catering sales. In many of our hotels, we can be busier in our brasseries than most local restaurants! This provides our chef brigades with a great opportunity to develop their skills within our kitchens—learning new techniques, working in fast-paced environments under pressure, and sometimes handling produce they haven't worked with before.
We offer on-the-job training in-house as well as collaboration with our training provider to offer nationally recognized apprenticeships. As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers brand standards smoothly and consistently. Ideally, you will have experience at this level and be able to demonstrate your skills in developing the team beneath you.
