Business Development Manager Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on uncovering new opportunities and turning prospects into long-term clients? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is all about new business sales, someone who can identify and convert white space, grow existing client accounts, and forge new partnerships from scratch. This role is ideal for a natural hunter who’s as comfortable building relationships as they are managing the bid and proposal process. You’ll be at the forefront of client engagement, leading face-to-face and virtual meetings, crafting compelling proposals, responding to RFPs, and juggling multiple pitches at once. If you enjoy working strategically, presenting to clients, and shaping winning solutions in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step. Excellent ability to analyse customer data, interpret industry trends, respond to bids, create proposals and communicate effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player capable of managing time efficiently and working independently.
