Are you ready to lead a dynamic estimating team and play a vital role in winning exciting projects
We are looking for an Estimating Manager / Senior Estimator to take ownership of our Internal Sales function, ensuring competitive, value-driven proposals and excellent client relationships.
JOB RESPONSBILIBITIES
* Manage and motivate a small team of estimators.
* Oversee and prioritise enquiries to deliver accurate, timely proposals.
* Work closely with Business Developers on major projects and key accounts.
* Maintain strong client relationships, supporting technical enquiries.
* Monitor KPIs, margins, and delivery timelines to keep projects on track.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQURED
* Proven experience in estimating, commercial or industrial
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Commercially aware, highly numerate, and detail-focused.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Confident working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
* Construction, Facilities, Engineering or Building Services sector background preferred but not essential.

* Salary Up to £45K - £50K + Benefits
* 4 days in office, 1 day at home
