Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a Migration & Refresh Support Specialist!
Job Overview:
Support a large-scale device refresh and migration project at a secureernment site. You’ll be responsible for assisting with device logistics, system updates, and stock management under the guidance of technical leads.
1. Location: On-site – Ruislip, HA4 6NG
2. Hourly Rate: £ via umbrella / £ via PAYE
3. Contract Length: 7 weeks (02-Jan-2026 to 24-Feb-2026)
4. Start Date: 02 – Jan–2026
Key Responsibilities:
5. Assist with migration set-up and refresh clinic operations.
6. Move devices from onsite storage to the refresh clinic as instructed.
7. Log in to systems using contractor-provided devices under supervision.
8. Refresh laptops and update workflow management systems accurately.
9. Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings.
10. Secure devices in storage at the end of each day.
11. Collaborate with site managers and technical support specialists.
Key Requirements:
12. Validernment SC Clearance (or ability to obtain).
13. Experience in IT hardware handling or technical support.
14. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
15. Goodmunication and teamwork skills.
16. Availability to work full-time on-site, Monday to Friday.
