Job Specification
What you'll be doing
As a client onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through a smooth and confident transition onto the Intasite platform. You'll work directly with project leads and site teams to understand their requirements, configure their tenant, prepare their content, and deliver training that helps them get value from day one. You'll also handle configuration updates for existing clients, ensuring their platform stays aligned with their needs.
Key areas of responsibility
* Lead the onboarding process for new clients, from initial requirements capture to go-live
* Work with clients to understand site workflows, induction needs, and platform configuration requirements
* Build and configure new client tenants within the Intasite platform
* Upload, organise, and verify client content (e.g. induction materials, documents, custom fields)
* Create and configure admin accounts, permissions and user settings
* Deliver training sessions to client administrators, either remotely or onsite
* Implement configuration changes and smaller platform updates for existing clients
* Work closely with the technical and product teams when bespoke requests or escalations arise
The skills you need
* Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
* Good attention to detail and an organised approach to project work
* Comfortable learning how software platforms work and explaining them clearly
* Able to manage multiple onboarding projects at the same time
* Familiar with admin dashboards, configuration panels, or similar systems
