Job Summary
As a Business Systems Specialist you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, education and maintenance of the engineering suite of applications to support the Engineering IT strategy and providing a technical lead on the development and release of improvements to the ERP system.
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure the operation and connectivity of all systems within the organization.
2. Provide and manage the necessary computing tools for the optimal development of the activities of the members of the organization.
3. Offer technical support at all levels of the organization.
4. Direct communication with the corporate IT department.
5. Management of Active Director
6. SSCM Management.
Job Qualifications
7. Education: IT Bachelor's Degree.
8. English: Fluent (written and verbal).
9. Experience:
Experience at least 2 years in similar position.
Installation and configuration of software and hardware (printers, network cards, etc.)
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and configuration of LAN/WAN networks.
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
Computer equipment configuration.
Knowledge of VoIP telephony.
Knowledge AXIS CCTV system.
