Monkfield Reptile are a well-established market leader in livefood, reptiles and reptile products serving the whole of the UK. Monkfield Reptile encompasses three market leading brands: Monkfield Nutrition, Arcadia Reptile and HabiStat. We are looking for a Full Time Brand Project Co-ordinator for our HabiStat team to work directly with the brand manager in our West Sussex office and remotely with our head office in Cambridgeshire.
The Brand Project & Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day management and development of the HabiStat brand. Sitting between project management and brand support, this role ensures brand initiatives, product updates, and operational tasks are delivered on time, accurately, and in line with brand standards. The role focuses on coordination, communication, content accuracy, and internal project tracking rather than budget ownership or high-level brand strategy.
You don't need to be a reptile expert, but you do need to be comfortable working around snakes, lizards, tarantulas, frogs and other exotic animals, and be excited to learn.
Our office is based in the West Sussex countryside in a peaceful, private location but with close to major roads. We house an exciting animal collection to enjoy, please keep this in mind before applying.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Project Management
* Manage brand projects and tasks through Wrike, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
* Support end-to-end product launches, coordinating suppliers, internal teams, and required assets.
* Gather and manage launch information including product data, packaging text, imagery, and documentation.
* Ensure all launch materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
* Track actions from meetings and follow through to completion.
* Liase with global suppliers and customers to complete project documentation and requirements.
Content & Brand Communication
* Write and adapt text for websites, product materials, NCRs, packaging, and social media in the HabiStat brand voice.
* Proofread packaging and written materials for spelling, grammar, and brand consistency.
* Support the delivery of clear and accurate brand messaging across customer touchpoints.
Customer & Supplier Support
* Provide customer service support via email and social media.
* Act as a key communication link between suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth brand operations.

The ideal candidate will have the following Skills & Experience
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with suppliers and customers.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Experience working with product data, packaging, or regulated consumer goods preferred.
* Experience in brand, product, or project coordination roles desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
