Responsibilities
* Manage M&E works packages
* Oversee programme, risk, and documentation to ensure deadlines are met.
* Coordinate stakeholders and lead meetings with clarity and confidence.
* Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and site safety standards.
* Drive quality assurance, testing, and commissioning readiness.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Strong technical understanding of critical electrical and mechanical systems.
* Electrical or Mechanical engineering qualification.
* SMSTS or NVQ Level 6/7 in construction management.
* CSCS Card.
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in construction management, programme control, and risk management.
* Familiarity with NEC contracts (advantageous).
* Well-versed in CDM regulations.
