Drive Sales Growth
* Call leads and follow up on enquiries to turn interest into sign-ups.
* Upsell casual users into committed members.
* Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for sales, retention, and engagement.
* Spot opportunities to boost revenue and promote extras like classes, events, and other additional activities.
Be the Voice of South Downs Leisure
* Deliver a friendly, motivating customer experience and make every conversation count.
* Explain membership options clearly and confidently and promote the value of joining.
* Build real relationships that lead to loyalty and long-term, happy members.
Support the Team and Community
* Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth customer journey.
* Share ideas to grow participation and promote events.
* Be ready to get involved at outreach events and in the community networking.
